Vanuatu Society for People with Disabilities (VSPD) is an Non-Government Organisation (NGO) that has provided support and services for people with disabilities in Vanuatu for more than 30 years. VSPD continues to grow in size and complexity as it expands its provincial reach to support people with disabilities across Vanuatu. VSPD requires the assistance of a suitably qualified Strategic Planning Consultant to support the VSPD team revise their five-year Strategic Plan.
