Job Description

Ocean Logistics Ltd is seeking an experienced Slipway Manager to oversee slipway operations and vessel maintenance activities in Luganville, Santo.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage safe and efficient docking and undocking of vessels
Supervise slipway crew, contractors, and maintenance works
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and maritime standards
Coordinate repair schedules, inspections, and reporting
Liaise with vessel masters, surveyors, and management

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in slipway or marine maintenance operations
Strong knowledge of vessel hull maintenance and slipway equipment
Proven leadership and safety management skills
Marine trade qualification preferred
