Website Redevelopment & Digital Enhancement Project

The Department of Tourism (DOT), under the Ministry of Trade and Commerce (MTC), is responsible for tourism policy implementation, sustainable destination development, tourism standards and regulations, provincial tourism coordination, cruise tourism development and tourism sector recovery initiatives across Vanuatu.

Objective

The objective of this assignment is to redesign and redevelop the Department of Tourism website into a modern, accessible, mobile – responsive, multilingual, and user-centered digital platform that enhances tourism governance, stakeholder engagement, and public access to tourism information and services.

Scope of Work

The successful consultant will be required to undertake:

• Website Redesign & User Experience
• Technical Development
• Content & Multimedia Integration
• SEO & Accessibility
• Information & Resource Enhancement
• Capacity Building

Require Qualification:

Interested firms/consultants should demonstrate:

• Proven experience in professional website development and redesign
• Experience in responsive web design and CMS platforms
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices
• Graphic design and multimedia capability
• Experience working with government or donor-funded projects preferred Ability to deliver within required timelines
