Terms of Reference
CARE INTERNATIONAL IN VANUATU (CARE) in partnership with Vanuatu Christian Council (VCC) wishes to invite interested parties to provide proposals for a Finance, Logistics, Procurement and Administration Consultancy work.
Project: Operations (Finance, Logistics, Procurement and Admin) Management Consultancy
Place of Assignment: Port Vila, Vanuatu
Duration: March – June 2024
Purpose of the Consultancy
Support Vanuatu Christian Council (VCC) in reviewing and enhancing current Operations management and Support systems (Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Administration), provide capacity building to key staff and initially oversee its implementation.
It is envision that this intervention will help VCC to achieve its financial sustainability related to Organizational Strengthening
To bid for this consultancy, interested consultants:
Will be requested to do initial review of VCC’s 1) Finance Manual and General Equipment Policy 2) Related Documents on finance and operations systems and procedures 3) Balance Sheet ending 31 December 2023 4) Revenue and Expenditures (or P&L) for CY 2023 5) Capacity Assessment Documents and 5) Organizational Structure
Are invited for a meeting on Friday 9 th February 2024 from 2 to 3:30 PM with VCC and CARE to further present expectations from this project, proposal formats to be filled-up and for interested Consultants to ask questions and clarify concerns they might have. Venue -CARE Office Numbatri Paray Rd. Wharf Roundabout, Port Vila.
