Part-Time TEMPORARY OFFICE STAFF 3-4 MONTHS
Job Description
We are seeking to recruit a temporary office staff to fill a position while a permanent staff is on Maternity leave. The position requires a self-motivated person possessing the following skills and qualifications:
- Must be a year 10 school leaver
- Ability to use a computer to input and retrieve information in excel and word
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Ability to follow and provide written and oral instructions
- Must be honest, reliable and of good character
- Be flexible in multi-task
Responsibilities:
- Do daily banking
- Provide customer service (copy service/bindings/scanning)
- Take phone calls
- Assist in other general office duties required by Manager.
