As a Teller in our Vanuatu Branch, you’ll play a key role in helping to:
- Meet the customers’ financial transaction needs;
- Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to branch performance by identifying unmet customer needs and referring customers to sales team;
- Drive and significantly enhance our customer service experience by reducing customer waiting time to less than 10 minutes;
- Improve transaction productivity. Efficient use of terminal. Well organised and keeps essential forms and items at hand; and
- Evaluate own performance and ensure development plan in place.

Role Location: ANZ Vanuatu
Role Type: 6 months Fixed-Term / Full-time, Three (3) open positions
What will your day look like?
As a Teller, you will:
- Provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer’s end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions;
- Provide exceptional customer experience through quality interactions that meet customers’ financial transaction needs at the first point of contact ;
- Undertake cash management requirements in an accurate and efficient manner in line with bank process and policy requirements;;
- Work collaboratively with colleagues; and
- Identify any product that may benefit the customers and refer them on to the relevant person or area of the Bank to help them further
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Strong customer focus;
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral ;
- Sound understanding of compliance; and
- A positive attitude with a growth mindset.
