Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Rural and Urban water supply or Environmental engineering.

Experience:
Experience in managing people, experience in design and construction in civil engineering for a minimum of 5 years.

special skills:
Management training, Community Development expertise, Drivers Licence. Computer literate.
