Job Description
Vodafone Vanuatu is seeking a Team Leader Mobile Money & Digital Payment Solutions to be based in Port-Vila.
Missions
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for the strategy, development, and overall performance of Vodafone’s Mobile Money and Digital Payment services serving individuals, government institutions, small businesses, and large corporations.
You will focus on maximizing product profitability, enhancing customer experience, driving innovation, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Mobile Money & Digital Payment product portfolio
- Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and P&L accountability
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, operations, and support teams
- Monitor market trends and ensure strong customer satisfaction
- Set up and manage B2C and C2B digital payment solutions
- Ensure compliance with Reserve Bank regulations and AML/KYC guidelines
- Train agents and partners on product knowledge and compliance (AML/KYC)
- Manage team performance and ensure delivery within project timelines
Competences:
1. Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Business, e-Commerce or related field
- Experience in banking, telecom or digital payments is a plus
- Knowledge of financial regulations (RBF, AML/KYC)
- Project management experience a strong advantage
- Valid driver’s license
