Job Description

Vodafone Vanuatu is seeking a Team Leader Digital Channel to be based in Port Vila.

Missions
The main mission will be to manage efficiently all the digital channels for Vodafone Vanuatu. This position is also responsible for Managing and translating the market needs into business and technical requirements for Digital solutions. The main objective is to ensure high online presence and online customer engagement. In addition, the Team Leader Digital Channel will be responsible for improving the level of digitalization with respect to all customer touch points in a customer journey, from subscription, purchase, payment and after sale service

Activities

Digital Transformation

  • Developing the Digital Transformation strategy and executions and delivery
  • Managing the overall communication strategy, planning and executions through the digital channel
  • Managing Web portals and online customer care
  • Managing the all E-channels for sales and payment
  • Scoping opportunities for innovation
  • Creating a digitally innovative environment that is seen as enabling the business to achieve the overall objective
  • Manage the full Time to Market process for digital products and services
  • Developing and managing the Digital market campaigns to grow the brand and having a local influence
  • Managing all communication campaigns for all media
  • Managing online Contents & Traffic to all the online platforms – social media, email, website
  • Reporting the performance of campaign, promotions and products & services
  • Help the graphic designer to design and implement of concepts and artworks and video productions.

Competences:
1. Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or relevant field
  • Good knowledge of Telecommunication products and services
  • Good knowledge of current online marketing concepts, strategies, best practice and website analytics

2. Skills

  • Experience communication skills in Telecom or other fields
  • Excellent writing skills, and demonstrated experience in developing content for online communication
  • Experience in Digital transformation fields
  • Strong people management skills
  • Strong Budget management skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Delivery oriented on schedule and according to timeline set
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Fluent in English, Bislama and understanding of French
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
