“The Teaching Principal possesses teaching experience and would be responsible to take the next step towards leadership.

The Teaching Principal will be responsible for:

1) Culture – the Principal shall provide professional leadership that focuses the school culture on enhancing learning and teaching.

2) Pedagogy – the Principal will create a learning environment in which there is an expectation that all students will experience success in learning

3) Systems – the Principal will create and implement management systems to support and enhance student learning

4) Partnerships and Networks – the Principal will keep communication and relationships strong to enhance student learning”
