Teouma Christian Academy is a Christ-centered school providing high quality learning experiences that will prepare our students for life. Our Christian faith is fundamental to all aspects of the school. We seek to help students discover their God-given identity and gifts and use them to influence their families, their community, and the world.
Teouma Christian Academy currently provides Kindergarten and Primary Education for about 100 children up to Year 6. We are a school that strives to keep our fees as affordable as possible for our local community of Teouma Valley. This means that we are in need of volunteers! In the past we always had volunteer missionary teachers join us from overseas to teach and mentor local teachers, but this is currently not an option, so we are looking for teachers who are already in Port Vila and would love to volunteer their skills and time for this worthy cause.
Volunteer Teaching positions are currently available for experienced teachers with English as their FIRST LANGUAGE and we welcome passionate, Christian educators to apply.
As a fully qualified teacher and English as your first language, you will not only have the opportunity to make a huge difference in our children’s lives, but you will also be able to mentor and train our young local teachers, who mostly have limited formal teacher training.
