As a Response Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our response strategies to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Where you come in:
In this maximum-term position, based in Port Vila, you will provide strategic analysis, program management and operational support of all program requirements.
You will make an impact by:
- Developing and implementing response plans and strategies
- Analyse response data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Education, Health, Cash, Agriculture and Livelihood to ensure seamless coordination and execution of response initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of response Officers, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
- Monitor and manage response budgets and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
- Stay updated with best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance response strategies and tactics.

This role requires:
- Proven experience as a Response Manager or similar role, with a track record of success in developing and implementing response plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in response management software and tools.
