Full-Time STRATEGIC PROVINCIAL COORDINATOR
Job Description
Thinking and working politically, the Strategic Provincial Coordinator will facilitate the bottom-up strategy, working with stakeholders at all levels to develop a shared understanding and ownership of health system issues and solutions and foster common understanding of what the decentralisation of health services looks like.
The position will support evidence informed planning and budgeting toward resolution of system challenges, such as workforce capacity and Health Information Systems, that represent significant roadblocks to progressing universal health care within Provinces.
The position will support the work of the VAHP Provincial Team members in Sanma and Shefa provinces to engage with MoH Executive in progressing solutions to bottlenecks. Supporting the implementation to the Tasmulum PHC pilot will be a critical outcome of the role.
