Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative treatments and wellness programs
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and sustainability
- Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Promote the spa through marketing initiatives and guest engagement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar leadership role in luxury resorts
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and health & safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for delivering personalized guest service
- Ability to work in a remote island environment with flexibility and adaptability
