Full-Time SOUS CHEF
We are looking for an experience and suitable candidate to fill the position of Sous-chef.
- Must have experience and able to work without supervision
- Must have good communication in English & Bislama
- Ability to work weekends/ public holidays/ evenings
- Must be clean and well presented
- Be able to assist the executive chef to create menus from fresh local produce on season
- Should be confident within all sections in kitchen operations
- Be a team player and work well under pressure.
The successful applicants will be appointed at a high level depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
