Short Term Consultant
Baseline Assessment for Physical Addressing to Facilitate E-Commerce in Vanuatu
The objective of this project is to conduct a baseline assessment that provides a comprehensive understanding of the current status or physical addressing systems in Vanuatu. The findings will guide the creation of a Terms of Reference (TOR) for a Technical Working Group, which will report to the National eCommerce Committee and advise on the implementation of a national addressing system and postcodes.

- Data Collection and Analysis
- Assessment of Current Practices
- Recommendations
- Development of Terms of Reference for a Technical Working Group
- Engagement with Decision- Making Authorities
Duration:
The project is expected to be completed within 3 months from the start date.
Reporting:
The Consultant will report directly to the Secretariat of the National eCommerce Committee.
Regular progress reports will be required throughout the consultancy.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong background in eCommerce , logistics , or urban planning
- Experience in conducting baseline studies and stakeholder consultations.
- Knowledge of addressing systems or postal infrastructure in the Pacific context is an asset.
