Full-Time SERVICE MANAGER AND TECHNICAL TRAINER
Job Description
At Carpenter Motors Vanuatu the Service Manager and Technical Trainer is responsible for providing superior service to our customers and for leading an effective auto service sales and technician team. Our ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills and a driven, dedicated individual that is excited at the opportunity to join a successful team and continue to drive home the culture of success that has been built.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Minimum of 10 years automotive repair industry and automotive dealership experience;
- Trade certificate in motor vehicle electrical/ electronic;
- Class 3 or above automotive trades certificate;
- Technical diagnostic specialist;
- Technical trainer experience;
- Proven manufacturer diagnostic tool experience;
- Ability to understand workshop manual and schematics;
- Excellent knowledge of TITAN Dealer Management Systems or a similar DMS and how they work,
- Nissan, Isuzu and Hyundai and Mazda manufacturers factory training certificates;
- Preparing budgets, and profit management;
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills;
- Competent at computer usage and communications;
- A high level of computer literacy especially Microsoft Word and Excel; and
- Valid driver’s license
