SERVICE CONTROLLER STAFF
We are seeking to recruit a Matured Service Controller . The position requires a self-motivated person to look after our Toshiba & Brother Clients.
- Ability to use a computer to input and retrieve information in excel and word
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Ability to follow and provide written and oral instructions
- Must be honest reliable and of good character
- Be flexible in multi-task
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service (copy service/bindings/scanning)
- Take phone calls
- Assist in other general office duties required by Manager
- Receiving/Recording all Service Calls and notify our Technicians.
- Renewal of Service Contracts
- Stock Control
