Job Description
At Carpenter Motors Vanuatu, the Senior Technical/ Training Services Manager is responsible for providing superior service to our customers and for leading an effective auto service sales and technician team.
Our ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills and a driven, dedicated individual that is excited at the opportunity to join a successful team and continue to drive home the culture of success that has been built.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Minimum of 14 years automotive repair industry and automotive dealership experience;
- Trade certificate in motor vehicle electrical / electronic;
- Class 3 or above automotive trades certificate;
- Technical diagnostic specialist;
- Technical trainer experience;
- Proven manufacturer diagnostic tool experience;
- Ability to understand workshop manual and schematics;
- Nissan, Isuzu, Mazda and Hyundai manufacturer trained & certified
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
- Minimum of 8 years Management Experience in Automotive Industry
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills;
- Valid Police Clearance
- Competent at computer usage and communications;
- A high level of computer literacy especially Microsoft Word and Excel; and
- Valid driver’s license
