Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitors in Vanuatu.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and achieve sales targets.
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities, focusing on key sectors such as corporate offices, educational institutions, and government entities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Drive sales of copiers, stationery, and office furniture by presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Mentor and guide junior sales staff, sharing expertise and knowledge to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and product launches.
