As a Senior Retail Manager, you are responsible with the following:
- Provide leadership and management direction to all Branch Managers, DCM and Contact Centres (where applicable);
- Grow the Retail business in your country in an operationally sound manner;
- Deliver on the actions and outcomes of the Retail Business Plan and Country Revenue Plan;
- Improve Retail and Commercial customer experience and their access to channels/tools that make banking easier; and
- Ensure staff are skilled and engaged.

Role Location: ANZ Branch, Port Vila, Vanuatu
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in business/ finance;
- Minimum 10 years of experience including demonstrated capability to manage a Retail business;
- Demonstrated analytical and technical skills and sound capability to manage operational risk and compliance across our regulatory environment;
- Sound presentation, negotiation and consulting skills and a drive to succeed through collaboration;
- Demonstrated team management and inter -personal skills including proven ability to motivate and inspire teams;
- Demonstrated ability to execute strategy successfully.
