- Leadership Position within ANZ Vanuatu Business
- Manager of Two Branches with direct oversight of Vanuatu Retail Business
- Key Responsibility to ensure smooth operation for both Branch, Retail Lending and Electronic Banking Channels; and ensure adherence to Compliance and Regulatory Framework
About The Role
As the Senior Retail Manager, you will provide leadership and management direction to all Branch Managers, Electronic Banking Team, Contact Centre and Retail Lenders. Overseeing a large team, across two branches, you will need to have experience in a Retail Banking environment at a Leadership Capacity.
The key to your success will be your ability to grow the Retail Business in Vanuatu in an operationally sound manner. You must have a proven track record to deliver on the key outcomes. You will deliver on the objectives as defined in the Retail Business Plan and Country Revenue Plan. You will also need to be passionate about the bank’s customers and continually strive to exceed our customer experience by increasing their access to Digital Banking Solutions that make banking easier.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Proven experience including demonstrated capability to manage a Retail Banking Business
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance
- Background in Coaching and Development will be highly sough after
- Demonstrated analytical and technical skills and sound capability to manage operational risk and compliance across our regulatory environment
- Sound presentation skills, negotiation and consulting skills and a drive to succeed through collaboration
- Demonstrated team management and interpersonal skills including proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
