The Ministry of Finance & Economic Management wishes to recruit experienced and qualified persons to fill the following positions:

Senior Internal Auditor
1 Qualification: Professional / tertiary qualifications
2 Education: Bachelor of Commerce or Accounting or any related discipline, together with membership of a recognized professional body would be desirable.
3 Experience: 5 years’ experience desirable in Internal Audit or areas with focus on organizational risk management. Demonstrated experience in execution and oversight of risk based audits programs with limited supervision. Demonstrate very good knowledge of government audit procedures and framework. Ability to manage and contribute to teams. Ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders. Ability to anticipate organization risks and opportunities.
4 Special skills: Planning and reporting skills, very good auditing skills, negotiation, computer skills including Word and Excel, Good research and analytical skills, high- level attention to detail and accuracy.
5 Thinking Style: Analytical and practical
6 Communication/ Interpersonal Skills: Report writing, face to face, presentations, ability communicate persuasively
7 Behavioural Competencies: Honest, reliable, shows commitment, teamwork, respect, punctual
8 Language: English or French and Bislama
