Qualifications

• Degree

Special Business Education

• Accounting OR Public Finance

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ in positions relating to financial management.

Special Skills

• Effective supervisory skill
• ability to understand legislative requirements and to implement effective processes to conform with those requirements
• high level of financial management skills
• Computer skills especially in Excel and Word

Thinking style

• Analytical, precise

Communication/ Interpersonal Skills

• Good verbal communication & ability to prepare financial (quantitative) & written reports

Behavioral competencies

• Hard working, reliable, honest

Language

• Bislama and English and French
