Full-Time SENIOR FINANCE OFFICER (RE-ADVERTISEMENT)
Job Description
The Senior Finance Officer is responsible for all financial functions for Vanuatu National Cultural Council including accounting, payments and banking, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting and compliance. The Finance section ensures compliance with Government and donor regulations as well as Vanuatu National Cultural Council’s internal staff manual and procedures. In its role as a Senior Finance Officer needs to provide timely reports and assistance to the Director and the Head of section to ensure that financial resources are used efficiently and effectively.
