1. Qualification:
Diploma/ Degree.
2. Special Education:
Office Administration and Financial Management.
3. Experience:
3 years in a similar job or related tasks.
4. Special Skills:
Drivers licence and computer literate.
5. Thinking Style:
Proactive, Creative and Analytical.
6. Communication/ Interpersonal Skills:
Good listener, Negotiation, Writer and Public Speaker.
7. Behavioural Competency:
Teamwork, problem solving, Honest, Reliable, Respect and Generally a good Behavioural attitude.
8. Language:
Proficient both in writing, speaking and reading in English or French and Bislama
