Job Description

We are recruiting for a Sales Representative.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Representative is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of professional clients (B2B), primarily in the private sector, with some public sector accounts.

This position requires autonomy, initiative, and strong communication and negotiation skills. The role is mainly field-oriented, with regular client visits to develop business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients.
  • Conduct prospecting and business development activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Visit clients regularly, understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on offers, and close sales effectively.
  • Coordinate with logistics, ADV, purchasing and management to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Monitor orders, deliveries, and after-sales requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report on performance indicators.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives to support business growth.
  • Represent Sharper Image with professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.

Selection Criteria

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in B2B environments.
  • Is organised, autonomous, and proactive.
  • Communicates clearly and maintains strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Demonstrates good presentation, positive energy and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Is comfortable collaborating with internal teams (logistics, ADV, purchasing).
  • Is motivated by achieving results and contributing to commercial expansion.
  • Has a good command of English (French is a bonus).
  • Holds a valid driving licence.

Salary

To be discussed based on experience.
Includes fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
