Full-Time SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER
Dynamic is looking for a qualified professional to be the SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER for our company.
The ideal candidate will perform the following:
Coordination and Leadership:
Coordinating, managing and monitoring the day to day operations relating to supply chain, manufacturing and quality assurance of products
Leading staff, including performance monitoring and feedback
Improving processes and policies in support of our goals and vision.
Managing inventory with GM/ Managing Director
Coordinating, managing and monitoring local procurement
Ensuring quality of products by monitoring compliance specifications, rules, regulations and procedures
Providing logistics support where necessary
Support and training for all warehouse staff.
Sales and Marketing:
Lead generation and developing new clients
Management of company appointed clients ensuring client development and sales maximisation
Menu planning and development utilising Dynamic Inventory products
Coordination of sampling to support new product marketing and placement of product nearing expiry or below quality standards to supply our current client base.
He or she should have the following qualifications:
Current Driver’s License
Current NZ/ AUS Forklift License
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Demonstrated achievements in service delivery, cost management, team leadership, quality and process improvement
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
First Aid Training
Previous experience working within a professional Foodservice Distribution or Supply Chain business Aus/ NZ
Minimum 5 years working in professional kitchens and demonstrate a high level of competence in menu design and implementation
Food safety and Hygiene training/ certification.
