SALES OFFICER

Vodafone Vanuatu is seeking a Sales Officer to be based in TANNA

Mission
Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction by actively identifying, acquiring, and retaining clients. This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented individual to develop and execute effective sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and consistently exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell all Vodafone prepay products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries related to all prepay services.
• Manage the overall customer experience to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Competences:
1. Knowledge

• Secondary school graduates
• 2-3 Years’ experience in similar position
• Have basic knowledge on microsoft Word and Excel
• MUST Have a Valid Driver’s License

2. Skills

• Fluent English/French and Bislama
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to work on a transversal way, understanding all the needs of the different entities
• Good planning and organizational ability
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Proven leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills.
