Job Description:
The Company is looking for a qualified and experience person for the position of Sales Manager.
General Requirements:
At least 7 years of working experience in construction Industry.
Knowledgeable In AUTOCAD and MS office application
Preferably with supervising experience In Engineering civil/ construction/ structural. Architecture or equivalent
Excellent people management skills ( Labor, Skilled. Contractors etc.)
Excellent project management skills
Must be familiar with industry recognized organizations for estimating tools
Proficiency in English and having the required level of technical writing & communication skills (VERY IMPORTANT)
Must have valid driver’s license
Must have experience with steel carpentry and steel ware houses construction. From design. to quoting all the way to shop drawings and production
Must have leadership skills and experience to run more than 10 staff.
Should have Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and development of potential new client
Research upcoming and ongoing construction project and other potential client.
He/ she will assist on office and documentation requirement of Industrial sales as well as coordination to the other department of the company
Monitor Inventory and purchase to ensure enough stocks.
