Job Title: Sales Administrator/ Administratrice des Ventes

Position Type: Full-time
Working Time: Monday to Friday: 07h30 – 11h30 & 13h00 – 17h00
Saturday: 08h00 – 12h00
Reports to: General Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Process all confirmed quotation to order and preparation
- Follow up delivery and dispatches of orders processed
- File, manage and update client backorders
- Inform customers of outer-island deliveries and dispatches
- Liaise with shipping and flight agencies for outer-island schedules
- Manage the after-sales service for all client’s delivery, shipping and backorder
- Establish and follow-up of clients with lay-bys to completion
- Ensure complete and correct receipt of filing of daily client invoices
- Assist Sales Department with client information update
- Participate in the annual inventory stock-take.
Qualification and Education Requirements
- Must have completed high school and tertiary education foundation
- Must be fluent in French, English and Bislama.
Work Experience Requirements
- Must have experience in customer service and be friendly
- Must be able to take initiative
- Must have experience with working on a computerised software
- Must be apt with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc…

- Willing to learn company procedures and policies
- Proactive and adaptive
- Able to work independently and in a team.
Other requirements
- Must be willing to help team members in any tasks requested or required by the General Manager.
