ROAMING COORDINATOR
Vodafone Vanuatu is seeking for a Roaming Coordinator to be based in PORT-VILA.
Mission
Reporting to the Manager Finance M-Vatu, Reporting, Internal Audit & Revenue Assurance, the successful candidate will support the coordination, monitoring, reporting, reconciliation, and administration of roaming operations. The role will work closely with the Technical, Commercial, Customer Care, Digital Financial Services, and Finance teams, as well as international roaming partners, to ensure efficient and accurate roaming operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound roaming activities.
- Maintain roaming partner records, agreements, rates, and documentation.
- Support roaming reconciliations, billing, settlements, and revenue reporting.
- Prepare roaming performance reports and analyse traffic trends.
- Investigate and follow up roaming discrepancies and partner queries.
- Assist with the onboarding new roaming partners and agreement administration.
- Support Finance with reporting, reconciliations, and other operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and documentation requirements..
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous internship or experience in Finance, Accounting, Reporting, or Administration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of telecommunications or digital financial services will be an advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and good analytical ability.
