The Opportunity And Main Purpose Of The Position
Due to projected international expansion and growth for the team, a new opportunity is available in the Operations team. You will assist in risk management, monitoring trading servers and handling trading related operations.
This is a unique opportunity that will allow the successful applicant to work remotely from home, with an initial training period before taking responsibility for the night shift 5.00pm – 2.00am supporting a global client base. You will be supported with the tools, technology, training and support to enable you to provide exceptional service.
Reporting to the Finance & Operations Supervisor, you will work closely with the day and evening shift team members to perform operational tasks such as trade reconciliations, trade investigations and support and assist clients with technical enquiries. In addition, you will assist with risk management, risk analysis & reporting, and research of new products/services, including Cryptocurrencies.
