We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Supervisor (Manager) who wants to join a well-established locally owned business where every employee is valued.
What will you do?
As the Trading Haus Retail Supervisor (Manager), you are responsible for overseeing and managing our dedicated retailer & wholesale business.
Structured as its own business unit serving the retail & wholesale shop, this role has a focus on the planning and operations of a busy on-site team. With direct responsibility for overall operations success, there is significant opportunity to demonstrate your capability while driving changes and improvements in both technology and processes.
As an overview, you will:
- Manage a small office-based team of operational staff.
- Supervise and directly manage all the Trading Haus projects ensuring full compliance with specifications and programming, policies and procedures.
- As the Retail Supervisor (Manager), participate in the development and maintenance of organizational transformation programs to ensure business processes, people and technology drive business renewal to adapt to the changing environment.
- Provide leadership and training to all employees within the trading haus business and ensure appropriate staff resources are available for the running of all trainings.

Your experience & Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or Related Field.
- Common vehicle driver’s license and/ or forklift experience beneficial. • Minimum 5 years’ work experience on Retail/Sales.
- Demonstrated computer literacy skills including experience with Microsoft Office suite.
