RETAIL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Magenta Holdings Limited, a leading importer, distributor, and retailer of FMCG are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as RETAIL DEVELPOPMENT MANAGER overlooking the retail division business. As RDM you will be tasked with improving the existing retail business and bringing in new innovative ideas to the retail outlets and motivating retail staffs to get the best out of them.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Under direction of the GM execute retail selling strategies, storewide promotions, programs, and events at retail
2. Execute retail promotions for key brands
3. Develop and monitor financial wholesale sell-in goals
4. Establish ongoing coordination and communication with key Suppliers to coordinate sales calls and retail promotions
5. Ensure that DTR activities are included in category sales plan and implemented as expected in every retail outlet
6. Oversees all communication between store, warehouse, and head office.
7. Keep all products and demonstration equipment’s (table, ice bin, POS materials,) clean and neatly organized
8. Developing trusted customer relationships by anticipating customer needs
9. Training employees to company standards
10. Develops accurate reporting mechanisms of all Business Development programs.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience as Head of Retail or a similar position in a FMCG company
2. Valid driving license.
3. Experience in organizing and overlooking promotional activities
4. Computer literate with hands on experience in using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
