YOUR ROLE
As Restaurant Manager, you will report to the F&B Manager and play a key role in maintaining our high standards and smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the F&B Manager in upholding the restaurants’ reputation and success
Supervising wait staff and restaurant operations during your shifts
Ensuring a seamless and enjoyable guest experience
Training and monitoring wait staff on service quality, table setup, and presentation
Overseeing wait staff punctuality and grooming standards
Coordinating with Chefs to ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service
Handling customer feedback professionally and in line with company policy
Managing stock levels, placing orders, and conducting monthly stock takes
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Managing cash drawers, petty cash, and end-of-shift balances.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience in a restaurant supervisory role
Fluent in spoken and written English
Proficient in using restaurant POS systems
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
Good knowledge about food and drinks—from prep to presentation
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Ability to drive a car will be an advantage
