Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 5 years in the food and beverage industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
The Restaurant Manager will lead a team of staff, manage budgets, and implement strategies to enhance the food experience while driving profitability.
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality products are available.
Marketing and Promotions: Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including social media campaigns and special events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of food and beverage management, including menu planning and inventory control.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
