Job Description

Malou Restaurant and Bar is looking for a Restaurant Manager to be responsible for the restaurant’s day-to-day operations which includes specific instances where you successfully led a team. Demonstrate your ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively. Highlight your achievements in improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.


  • Oversee day-to-day operations in restaurants. Making sure their premises run smoothly and that customer are satisfied.
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
  • Agreeing and managing budgets.
  • Planning Menus.
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislations.
  • Promoting and marketing the business.
  • Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Preparing and presenting staffing/ sales reports.
  • Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
