Full-Time RESTAURANT MANAGER
Job Description
Malou Restaurant and Bar is looking for a Restaurant Manager to be responsible for the restaurant’s day-to-day operations which includes specific instances where you successfully led a team. Demonstrate your ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively. Highlight your achievements in improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day operations in restaurants. Making sure their premises run smoothly and that customer are satisfied.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
- Agreeing and managing budgets.
- Planning Menus.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislations.
- Promoting and marketing the business.
- Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Preparing and presenting staffing/ sales reports.
- Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
