Position: RESTAURANT & EVENTS MANAGER

Three Pigs restaurant at Nasama Resort specialises in wood fired pizza, gourmet burgers and Mexican food.

The successful candidate must have the following requirements:

Received at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine
Speak good English
Able to work nights, weekends, Public Holidays and split shifts
Be able to drive a manual or automatic car
Have at least 3 years’ work experience in Restaurants
Have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
Have experience using social media (Facebook, Instagram)
Knowledge of Canva graphic design software a bonus
Experience in organizing special events, conferences and weddings a bonus
Able to use POS systems and EFTPOS machines
Have good knowledge of food preparation, food ingredients, taste dishes to ensure chefs have prepared the meal correctly
Have experience as bartender, be able to make cocktails, and have good knowledge of wines and spirits
Able to train, manage, motivate, roster, discipline and review performances of restaurant staff
Ensure wait staff deliver excellent customer service and chefs deliver high quality of taste and presentation of food
Able to handle complaints and difficult customers in a professional manner
Ensure restaurant staff practice proper hygiene at all times in accordance with SBO health and safety requirements.
