The role is responsible for the overall management of the Resort, covering all key operational areas. This includes guest relations, staff leadership and development, and driving sales and marketing with a strong focus on online platforms, social media, and OTA channels. It also involves overseeing food and beverage operations, maintaining high service standards, and managing costs. In addition, the role requires effective management of maintenance and engineering functions, including utilities, facilities, and equipment, as well as financial planning, accounting, and profit improvement. The position also entails preparing management reports, including monthly updates for the Board of Directors and documentation for the Annual General Meeting.
