Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and communicate with external partners and contractors as required
• Liaise with banks, legal advisors, auditor, VFSC, VFIU etc.
• Interface with the Company’s teams
• Prepare monthly reporting pack for shareholders
• Prepare quarterly reports for the VFSC
• Oversee AML&CTF program and assist the Compliance Manager
• Attendance at all Board meetings
• Membership of Committees as agreed
• Attendance at General Meetings
• Strategic planning sessions

Knowledge, skill and experience required:

• Good written and oral communication skills.
• 10+ years of Financial and dealing in securities experience
• Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills
• Ability to lead a team
• Collaborative mindset
• Confident, calm and empathetic in stressful situations

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business & Administration, Finance and / or Marketing
