Annual Salary: 1,513,100 plus other entitlement
Selection Criteria
1. Qualification:
Degree or Diploma
2. Special Education:
Food Science & Technology, Applied Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Agribusiness or related field
3. Experience:
3 years of proven experience in research and product development in small-scale manufacturing and commerce. Sound understanding of productive sector policies and priorities of Vanuatu
4. Special Skills:
Relationship and team building skills, planning skills, monitoring skills, Report writing skills, Computer skills
5. Thinking Style:
Good Practical Thinker and Analytical
6. Behavioural Competency:
Good verbal and written communication skills
7. Communication/ Interpersonal Skills:
Team building skills, negotiating and influential, good communication skills.
8. Language:
Proficient both in writing, speaking and reading in English or French and Bislama
