Annual Salary: 1,513,100 plus other entitlement
Selection Criteria
1. Qualification:
Degree or Diploma
2. Special Education:
Food Technology/ Engineering, Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering or related field
3. Experience:
3 years of proven experience in applying industrial technologies in the agro-industry and wider manufacturing industries sector/ private sector. Sound understanding of productive sector policies and priorities of Vanuatu
4. Special Skills:
Relationship and team building skills, planning skills, monitoring skills, Report writing skills, Computer skills
5. Thinking Style:
Good Practical Thinker and Analytical
6. Behavioral Competency:
Good verbal and written communication skills
7. Communication/ Interpersonal Skills:
Team building skills, negotiating and influential, good communication skills.
8. Language:
Proficient both in writing, speaking and reading in English or French and Bislama
