Emergency Supply Chain Study for the Development of Vanuatu Disaster Relief Distribution Management Framework of Standards
The Government of Vanuatu (GoV), through the Vanuatu Bureau of Standards (VBS) is seeking the service the services of local consultant to conduct a study on the current management, administrative and logistical.
Objectives:
- To identify the relevant stakeholders and their respective responsibilities along the emergency goods distribution supply chain from location of loading to that of unloading
- To identify the various management and administrative mechanisms in place for expeding this supply chain process.
- To compile the findings and develop a set of concise and actionable recommendations for action by the Vanuatu Bureau of Standards that would assist in determining the most appropriate approach to having a standardized management system for effective and efficient coordination of emergency supplies distributions.
