Dear Bidder,
1.The Government of Vanuatu – (Employer) hereby invites you to submit a quotation for the following works: the Waste Disposal and Site Clearing at Ohlen Mataso, Seaside, Tokyo and Anambru settlements areas over a three-month period.
2. To assist you in the preparation of your price quotation we enclose the necessary Works Requirement, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), location plans, Form of Quotation and Form of Contract.
To further assist with a detail understanding of the scope, you are invited to a pre bid meeting on Wednesday, 1st November 2023 at the office of VARS, Unit 14, Vila Mall, Port Vila, Vanuatu.
