Graphic Design of Report on CSO Contributions towards NSDP – Pilot Project
Background
Civil Society Organisations contribute significantly to the goals and objectives included within the Vanuatu National Sustainable Development Plan (NSDP). Whilst there is significant effort expended by organisations in reporting, Government and stakeholders continue to note challenges in the ability to maintain oversight of all the contributions of the sector to Vanuatu’s development. To help address this, VANGO has progressed a pilot project to produce a report of a sample group of programs, being delivered by Vanuatu CSOs, showing how they contribute towards the achievement of the NSDP. Based on the report text, photos and image mock ups, VANGO is now seeking a suitable graphic designer to design this into a visually engaging, professional looking report.
Objective
The objective of this engagement is the design of a print ready, 16 page full colour report that VANGO can launch at its AGM scheduled for the end of July/early August.
Scope of Work
The consultant will deliver the following:
- A draft 16 page report based on the format instructions, text, photos and image mock ups provided. The concise report will be structured to include: front-end and contextual pages, one double-page spread for each People’s Plan pillar, a cross-cutting insights section, and a short forward-looking section.
- A final version of the report, incorporating any feedback from VANGO, delivered in print ready electronic format.
VANGO will provide all text, photos, logos, style guide, image mockups etc required for the design.
Timeline and Deliverables
The timeline for the work is short, with the final report needed to be provided within a maximum of two weeks from when all the information is supplied. Specifically, all the components for the report are to be provided to designer by the 10th July and we need to have the report print ready by Friday 24th July at the latest.
