CARE International Vanuatu invites local caterers in Port Vila to submit a proposal outlining their services with their best prices.

The objective of the caterer will be to provide: Meals, morning refreshments, lunch and afternoon teas or organise special event requested by CARE International in Vanuatu.

Objective:

1. Prepare food according to the number of participants.
2. Deliver food to venue site.
3. Food to be delivered on time to the venue site,
4. Provide a personal assistant during the service provided.

Duration:
The Catering service validity is from April 2021 to June 2022

Key skills and experience required:

The Caterer should have experience in:

• Cooking and preparing special dishes for workshops, training and special event. Provide some specific menu
• Minimum of five or more years’ experience in working in this field
• Excellent communication skill
• Must have a business licence.
