The Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources (MoLNR) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Vanuatu Affordable and Resilient Settlements Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting services (“the Services”) includes the provision of multi-disciplinary expertise and services to assist MoLNR, Port Vila City Council (PVCC), and support Ministries. These services will entail the review of previously developed draft designs and the development of final designs, the development of works packages and supervision of construction for Component 1 (Affordable and Resilient New Settlement Development) and Component 2 (Affordable and Resilient Settlement Upgrading), of the VARS Project. The delivery of the services will be provided over thirty-six (36) months with the estimated commencement date in December 2023. Delivery of all services must be in consistency with the Terms of Reference (TOR) referred to in this REOI.
