Full-Time RELIEVING/ BILLING OFFICER
Job Description
Wishes to recruit a Ni-Vanuatu (male or female) to fill the position of RELIEVING/ BILLING OFFICER for our billing section who meets the following requirements:
LEVEL REQUIRED:
- To be holder of a Technical Baccalaureate or equivalent
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Knowledge of the NEXT tool
- Knowledge of the Microrel tool
- Analysis and synthesis
- Good knowledge of office automation tools
- Must have a driving licence

MISSIONS:
- Ensure that the succession cycle is respected
- Assign the daily workload to the workers
- Ensure that the data is received correctly and check the quality of the reading information
- Establish the requests for control interventions or index readings in order to guarantee the completeness of the reading information
- Checking the input of reading information into the billing software and making any necessary corrections
- Drawing up statements in preparation for billing
- Check the consistency of the data and carry out the necessary checks
- Establish the billing
- Drawing up post-invoicing statements
- Organise the enveloping of invoices
- Organising the distribution of invoices
- Drawing up high consumption letters
- Drawing up invoices for ships
- Processing claim invoices
- Processing invoices for claims, Processing invoices for stoppages
- Work in close collaboration with the other services and departments of the company
- Advise his hierarchy of any problem and/or malfunction and propose solutions to the problems encountered
- To deal with any customer requests and carry out any tasks required to ensure a good level of customer service quality.
LANGUAGES:
- Have a good command of French, English and Bislama
