Full-Time RELIEF OFFICER / SMALL INTERVENTIONS
Job Description
Wishes to recruit a Ni-Vanuatu (male or female) to fill the position of a RELIEF OFFICER / SMALL INTERVENTIONS for our Small Interventions section who meets the following requirements:
TASKS:
- Perform meter reading according to the assignment of the tasks programmed in the reading cycle,
- Carry out the TM handover,
- Control all the installations visited in order to check their compliance and avoid any risk both in terms of security and fraud,
- Carry out Requests for Action according to the program decided by its hierarchy,
- Perform and report malfunction and troubleshooting analysis of prepayment meters,
- Inform and/or be able to act on any malfunction found,
- Carry out meter control campaigns in the field according to the programming made by the hierarchy,
- To ensure that UNELCO's image (conduct, presentation, relationship with customers) is always good.
Generally speaking,
- Work closely with other departments and services of the Company,
- Respect the company's assets entrusted to it,
- Notify his hierarchy of any problems and/or malfunctions and propose solutions to the problems encountered,
- Process any client request and carry out any mission required to ensure a good level of customer service quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Training as an electrician or 2 to 3 years of experience in a position related to electrical activities.
SKILLS:
- Knowledge of electricity
- Knowledge of water network
- Knowledge of electrical network
- Prepayment meter repair capability
- Field analysis
- Valid driving licence
